Our hours are the same in both offices:
No, due to HIPPA regulations, we do not accept email questions about your care. If you are part of the NorthShoreConnect system, we can accept questions through NorthShoreConnect. If you are not on NorthShoreConnect, then please call our office with questions.
If you would like to be on NorthShoreConnect, just ask at your next office visit and we can give you the information that you need to join the system. Being a part of the system can be a time saver for you – you can get all your lab reports and make appointments right from your computer at home.
Please call the main office number (847) 475-1224. After hours, there is an answering service and they will get a doctor to call you back. If you feel it is a life threatening situation, please call 911.
Whether you are a new patient or an old friend, please bring your insurance card and a photo id to each office visit. We are on the EPIC electronic medical records system and we will input you directly into the system so there are no forms to fill out.
There are two ways that you can cancel your appointment. You can call the main office number (847) 475-1224 during regular business hours and they will be happy to work with you to re-schedule an appointment. If you are part of NorthShoreConnect, you can cancel and re-schedule your appointment right from that site. We would appreciate 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations.
We accept most insurance policies. With all the changes that are made to health insurance, it is practically impossible to list the companies and plans. As part of our partnership, you will need to check with your carrier to see if we are on your plan. In many cases, our wonderful midwives are not listed separately on insurance company listings. Since the doctors oversee all patient charts, as long as our doctors are listed with your insurance company, you can then know your insurance covers both our doctors and midwives.
As with most offices, your co-pay is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. We appreciate your help in trying to keep our costs down by being prepared with your co-pay.
